Time for some delicious critiquenessnessness!

I'm liking the coloring style you used for this.
The shadows cast by the light seem accurate relative to the position of said light.
The fact that you modified the picture plane (the fact that the edges aren't all static 90 degree angles) gives it a very casual comic book feel which fits well with the title.
I like how you can only see half of his body, as if to imply that the next panel would be one of some other figure half-obscured from the opposite side. This sense of tension works well, methinks.
The background is quite ominous, which encourages the viewer towards the assumption that Lumi is, in fact, trying to be menacing or threatening towards a nebulous foe.
The ONLY qualm I have with this would be the texture: While I'm ok with how it looks like a worn photograph, perhaps this feature is a tad bit too intense. This may be my photo restoration training speaking, but I get the urge to break out the spot healing brush and go to town on some of the darker areas.

All in all, I say you've done very well :3 In fact, this appears to be the perfect shape and size to make an excellent bookmark if you print it on some card stock paper.
